Welcome to Yoga Madness. Let me introduce myself - I'm Chappy.

You might know me. My classes have a reputation for attracting SoCal's sexiest ladies, most of whom got lost pursuing their personal happiness. Trapped in a bad relationship, a loveless home and a meaningless job - people are desperately searching for spiritual guidance.  

This is where I come in.

To truly be happy one must look deep inside and evaluate one's personal relationship with their mind, body, and spirit. It isn't about having the loosest hamstrings or the best fake rack... while those things are of course nice they do not bring inner happiness. 

Understanding the delicate balance of these three crucial aspects to healthy living (mind, body, and spirit) isn't always easy and it comes with practice and patience. All too often, happiness gets confused with outward beauty & frequent shallow encounters. But if you follow my mantra, lasting happiness of one's body and soul can be achieved and you can truly let others in.
